Hosted at Cinnamon Kitchen, the range of specially crafted masterclasses, taken by either Vivek himself or his accomplished head chefs Hari Nagaraj (Cinnamon Club) and Abdul Yaseen (Cinnamon Kitchen), tackle different aspects of Indian cooking, offering enthusiasts the chance to truly explore the diverse cuisine of the subcontinent.

Matching wines and food is a skill and Berkmann wine merchants will bring some of their finest samples for you to taste, talking you through each wine and matching the canapés especially created by head chef Abdul Yaseen.
