KERALA FESTIVAL

Cinnamon Kitchen is proud to launch this festival in conjunction with sous chef Renjith Sarathchadran. Born in a small town of Kerala, to a family who for generations have produced academics and professors, Renjith defied the norm by choosing cooking over books. His journey as a chef so far has led him through some of the finest kitchens and work with some of the finest hands in the business. Renjith presents a selection of dishes, which showcase the flavours of his home land. This menu will be available for both lunch and dinner from the 1August through to the 31 August.
