Vivek and Tim have put together a 5 course dinner with dishes from all around India and matching wines to give you a meal to savour. They have carefully selected a menu that will give you a true insight into the beauty and variety of Indian cuisine, and teach you how wines from around the world can truly complement such food.
Not only will this evening allow you to enjoy such wonderful food and drink, but it will also be an opportunity to listen to both Vivek and Tim talk about their experience and knowledge on this area, as well as provide you with the opportunity to quiz them and develop your own understanding of great food and wine.
