Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds Scratch Card – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this promotion is Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds.

2. Promotion period
The promotion will run from 3/9/26 for the foreseeable future, while scratch cards remain available.

3. Eligibility
Scratch cards are issued to customers dining in at Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds. One scratch card will be issued per bill.

4. How to redeem
Bring your scratch card back on your next dine-in visit to Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds.

The card must be scratched in front of a member of staff and presented before the bill is paid.

Only one scratch card may be redeemed per bill.

5. Rewards
A total of 500 scratch cards are available, consisting of:

• 450 cards offering 20% off
• 45 cards offering 50% off
• 5 cards offering 100% off

All rewards are subject to a maximum discount of £100 per bill.

6. What the discount applies to
The discount applies to food and drink and does not apply to service charge.

7. Validity
The scratch card is valid for the customer’s next dine-in visit only and cannot be used on the visit on which it was issued.

Scratch cards are valid while the promotion is running and while scratch cards remain available.

8. Restrictions
Rewards:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash alternative.
• Cannot be transferred or sold.
• Cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.
• Cannot be applied retrospectively after the bill has been paid.

9. Valid cards
Scratch cards must be presented in their original condition.

Any card that has been pre-scratched, damaged, altered, duplicated or appears to have been tampered with may be declared void.

All scratch cards must be scratched in front of a member of staff.

10. Lost or damaged cards
Lost, stolen or damaged scratch cards cannot be replaced.

11. Availability
Scratch cards are available while stocks last. Once all 500 scratch cards have been distributed, no further cards will be issued.

12. Changes or withdrawal
Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary. Any changes will not affect rewards that have already been validly issued and remain within their stated validity.

13. Fraud and misuse
Cinnamon Kitchen Leeds reserves the right to refuse redemption where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a scratch card has been obtained, altered or used fraudulently, or otherwise in breach of these terms.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
