Featuring a canapé and English fizz reception, guests will go on to enjoy five courses each paired with different medal-winning English Hattingley wine, chosen by Head Winemaker Rob MacCulloch MW, and expertly paired to Vivek’s delicately spiced dishes by the our resident Wine Expert, Laurent Chaniac.

Cinnamon Kitchen from acclaimed chef and author, Vivek Singh, celebrates the subtle use of spice in delicious creative dishes. Within a relaxed and inviting ambiance, guests can savour the delights of contemporary Indian cuisine. The restaurant’s interior design blends elements of the building’s historical heritage, preserving its original features from its former life as a warehouse. Simultaneously, it introduces textures, lighting, and a unique fusion of modern and traditional Indian influences.

About Hattingley Valley

Family-owned Hattingley Valley, established in 2008 by owner Simon Robinson, specialises in premium, award- winning sparkling and still English wines made in Hampshire, using grapes grown on site and from vineyards across the South of England. The Hattingley Valley winemaking team is headed up by Robert MacCulloch MW, one of the few full-time winemakers experienced in both wine production and wine commerce. With over 10 hectares (25 acres) of vines across two well-situated sites, as well as a full wine analysis laboratory on site, the eco-friendly vineyard is known for its refreshingly modern and innovative approach to winemaking.
