Expect big plates of goodness: steamed chickpea cake with mango coconut chutney; samosa chaat Punjabi vegetable samosa, curried chickpeas, chutney medley. Followed by main course such as baby aubergines with sesame tamarind sauce, pilau rice or kale & quinoa kofta with tomato lemon sauce. End things on a sweet note with date pancake with coconut lime sorbet.
